This post has been inspired by my mother, who’s currently re-decorating her bathroom and is agonising over which tiles she should cover the walls and\/or floor with. Mosaic-style tiles in a bathroom always make me think I could be in a beautiful European country, like Italy or Portugal. I love these light neutral colours, which will help a small bathroom feel more spacious. Slate<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you have a slightly bigger budget, slate is a fantastic tile for a bathroom. A slate tile will instantly modernise your space, and they\u2019re great for insulation too! You can find tiles like these at\u00a0Wickes<\/a>\u00a0and really impress your house guests this Christmas. If you really want to go mad on the decadent front, go for a marble tile.<\/p>\n

I love this image as it combines classic style with a modern twist, and that modern twist comes from the herringbone brick. Done correctly, this can look fantastic. It works well in a modern and traditional setting, and the pattern adds structure to a room. You can re-create this look using tiles from Walls and Floors<\/a>, at a super affordable price.<\/p>\n
