Coronavirus update – last updated 25/3/20

 The Covid-19 outbreak has affected us all, and we hope you are coping well whatever your circumstances. The new rules set out by the government have impacted parts of our business and, in turn, will impact the level of service we can provide to you for some products until the current lockdown period is over. 

CURRENT SERVICE LEVELS

Our office team is working from home except one person working in the office. We are still sending out fabric samples and you can still call for advice or to place orders with us in the normal way.

CURRENT DELIVERY TIMES

Ready Made Curtains, Bed Linen, Throws & Cushions – DELIVERY AS USUAL

These products are pre-made and ready to ship out from our despatch warehouse where, in general, we have good stock levels. Our team here can work in safe conditions, so service will continue as usual with free next day delivery for items in stock. Anything that is out of stock cannot be replenished in the usual time frame because our manufacturing for these items has stopped until the lock down period is over.

Bespoke, Made to Measure Curtains, Roman blinds and roller blinds – EXTRA DELAY AS LONG AS LOCKDOWN PERIOD

After careful consideration, we have decided that it is not possible to manufacture bespoke items safely under the current Government rules to limit the spread of Covid-19. We can still offer advice, send samples and receive orders for these products, but their delivery will be delayed by the length of the current lockdown. Currently, this means adding three weeks to the standard delivery times.

In the meantime, we hope you find the next 3 weeks bearable. Stay home, stay safe and hopefully find ways to entertain yourselves & your families.  Let’s give the heroes at the NHS some space to do their work and beat this thing.
