When we set up the Natural Curtain Company in 2006 our aim was to take the faff out of made to measure curtains. So we kept things simple, using natural fabrics to create beautiful handmade curtains and blinds. And of course our website was a game-changer, with free swatches and simple ordering.
Well none of that has changed!
Everything you loved about the Natural Curtain Company you can now find at Loom & Last.
So why the name change? Because as well as our curtains and blinds, our looms are now busy bringing you a whole world of interior fabric loveliness, including luxury bed linens, wonderful throws and cushions that are a pure delight.
At Loom & Last we like things that last. Scratch that – we love things that last! We wouldn’t have it any other way. So we only work with makers and doers who feel the same way, using the finest fabrics to give you luxury that’s designed to last. When we put our name to something you can rest assured it’s made to stand the test of time. Because when we take a little more care to make sure everything’s just right, you get to enjoy your Loom & Last choices for longer.
The only impact we want to have is on your happiness levels, so we’re constantly looking for new ways to make everything we do as environmentally friendly as possible. Which means your order will arrive in a lovely Loom & Last cotton bag, not wrapped in miles of unnecessary bubble wrap or plastic. If we can use less cardboard, we will. We’re doing our bit for the planet by adding less bits to your order. At Loom & Last the only bobbins you’ll find are in our looms.
At Loom & Last we’re only happy when you’re happy. And that starts with making sure you can speak to an actual human being without spending ages on hold! Our friendly team knows everything about everything Loom & Last, and will always take the time to personally answer any questions you might have. In fact, we promise to give you the same high-level of customer service that we’d expect to receive ourselves. We rely on your positive reviews and word of mouth, so it would be silly if we did it any other way!
