There’s always a buzz around the office when we get some lovely new fabrics in, especially when they’re from a land far away. The Loom and Last have scoured the world for the softest, most ethical and natural fabrics and we’re pleased to announce a brand new family have joined the fold.

Aurea Red

A 100% Russian fabric, this linen collection is washed and softened, spun from the finest European flax. Each fabric in this family looks natural and sophisticated, meaning it’s versatile enough to look great in any room. From kitchens to bathrooms to conservatories, each of these fabrics will look right at home.

The colours have been softened by a non-chemical process which makes the fabric extra soft to touch, and allows it to hang perfectly, especially as curtains. The medium weight of the linen means it will also look fantastic as Roman or roller blinds.

If you’re looking to re-upholster an old chair or even make your own curtains or blinds, you can also buy this fabric by the metre at an eye-wateringly reasonable £21 per metre.
